72.499km with 1494m climb in 5:10? Garrys 5 hour mtbo Tywi forest. 3 types of riding lots of relatively fast forest roads then some related slow bridelways and single track some of which were pushes. Finally ford hell which means I am ordering a new bottom bracket and trying to get the water out of the frame never done so much pedaling with the bottom bracket submerged.
Decent enough ride route was ok all but 2 cps but they were 20 and 30 points so 550 minus penalties but I sadly Slipped over the 10 mins late back and the 5 point lose cost the win. Far too much pushing on the final bridelway bit by the river not helped by getting cramp. Getting cold at the end as rain for last bit and no time for stopping for cag. Phone stoped recording just before the big push bit.
