8.199km with 288m climb in 1:00:36. Wnl Standish wood. Ran well north frist for the open bit then south staying low finally middle slope back to finish. Went for last 203 at end with 2 mins left and then had steep steep hill against the clock to try and make it worth it. Just about made it worth while. Woods in very good condition a delight to run in no big mistake which typically dose me here.
