50.629km with 1262m climb in 3:02:00. 3 hour mtbo score long mynd. Set off early looking to get going before the rain. In too early so lost a minute at start. Failed to find 5 suspect I was off track to the north but hard to tell as the number 5 was covering the critical bit of the map where I think there was a parallel hill. Rain came as I went over the top but not foe long. Need new cleats was coming uncliped which had me pushing a bit too often. Road up to the gliding club was a bit of a killer. Just too slow to do one of the nice descents ended up coming down the Burway. Cut across from 15 to 18 which was not good sure I have made this mistake before must remember next time.
2 mins late and missing 5 put me into at least 2nd.
