9.575km with 274m climb in 1:11:28. No bok training with the Scottish 6days on so out by myself. Somewhere new to run got the distance about right. More view points than any other Bok run. Some really nice open bits of wood as well. Nowhere looked too green. Will have to do it for real some time on a Tuesday. Lots of mountain bikers out there are some serious downhill bits on the steep bits. Going better than last week.
