11.950km with 412m climb in 1:10:27. Beacon batch. New course. Not for me really all runable and all the technical stuff removed. Ok up first hill then passing people on old initial decent held own on contouring path. Struggling after it started going up and the being dropped on long gentle climb to top. Worst was from the top no speed on straight track then no leg speed on long easy run in to finish which should of been very fast, past by people including Andy creaber.
Very bad bok training turn out with just me. Bear flat in pub.
