86.362km with 1164m climb in 3:42:28. Out to visit Gordon Everesting. Went via a couple of hills you would not want to everest on. Gordon going very well at 24 reps which is just over half way. Having to work fairly hard to stay with him. Average hr 157. Gordon keeping himself below 150. Lovely day to be out, flat route home was nice with a touch of a tail wind.
