21.356km with 76m climb in 1:00:55. Warm up then summer cross Hengrove Park. Fast course with a big tarmac section not exactly mtb terain. Steady first lap well towards the back then got going as things opened up. After the tarmac on the last lap managed to get a 5cm splinter in the rear tire was making a big noise as it banged past the frame. Was not thinking and just pulled it out and of course it failed to seal. I was not in to running most of the lap so just pushed back to start. Should of broken it off as the air was holding with it sticking in.
