54.778km with 1389m climb in 3:40:35. 3 and a half hour mtbo score. Probably a better ride than I have done on the area before but messed up by being greasy at the end. 7,6,5,4,3 to start not sure of the best order and in retrospect missing 10 point 7 would of made sence. 2,25 decided to do 24 which was marginal but good fun down to 23. 22, 21, 19, 20, 18. Steep road climb to 10 good to have a stop to punch before all the way up to 16. Up road intending to drop down to 15 but bw none existent after 50 m so cut losses and up to masts at 14. In and out to 17. Still 30 mins to go so went for 13 bad idea as the track back over pwll du was a quagmire I was trying to run up pushing bike. Less than 10 mins to go at 12 on top of hill. Hell for leather down to 11 should be on end of wood but the wood extends a field further so missed it by 50m vertically before starting to look. Forgot it as now late. Still went for 30 point 8 but path across too rough to ride down the an unexpected up so again lots of running.

If I had just skipped 13 I would of got 12 and undoubtedly 1 just beyond finish for 20 points more and not late... 2nd 20 points down.
