Trainingsbemerkung


11.954km with 220m climb in 1:10:20. Bok training the windmill. Along coast path then up zig zag path road past police hq the ed my up through field as normal. Next the novelty route into big wood lots of paths on osm map but lots more on ground ended up cutting cross country to get to exit point but wood was nice and runnable. Need Bens map next time. Feeling fairly good so split up room do a bit more with Michael and Charles. A few extended efforts with Michael just loping along just behind. Going well.
