Trainingsbemerkung


7.462km with 461m climb in 59.15. Wnl Wynche ridge. Had sorted out workout feedback in IpBike to work with screen off so no need for getting phone out to check time. Regular tts feedback scheduled for end of run.

Decided all probably not on so skipped 8 at start. 7,6 very pleased to them spot 10, 25 route had been running well from the off better than for a long time so pushing on. 20, 26, 16, 11, 14, 19 a slight miss ended up having to climb back up to it. 22 then 12, 24, 23, 13, 17, 29, 17, 30. Then only big error, thought I was to run on the main road but in fact there was a smaller. Road higher up slope which I crossed thinking just going to house. Expected bend did not come up and realised fairly quick but already well down road off map. Took gamble I could find a rout back up lower down and there was a path that came out right where I needed but a good bit of hight lost and slow looking for possible routes up 2 min error? 15, 21, 18. Just under 10 mins left decided to skip 28 in retrospect should of gone for it as no more climb but gentle up hill paths would of been hard. 4, 9 thought had just 2 mins but in fact it was 3 so back via 5 and mad dash not really needed as early. Would of been better with 3,2,1 and a bit late.

Still enough to just beat Jason which is not common now so a pleasing run.
