11.847km with 83m climb in 1:04:49. Book training Bradley Stoke Leisure center. Went and did the Aztec mile.6.02 so 17 secs off last year. Michael and Richard both quicker as they should be. Very short of breath struggling to get any quantity of air in. No idea of the cause something new for me. Did mount Bradley at end with Michael which was just to far.
