7.414km with 95m climb in 0:46:25. JK relay mens 120 3rd leg. Toe not so bad after the rest yesterday.

Not really in the fight and would of been against olly Jhonston if I had been so not much pressure. Just as well as I had nothing in the legs just no speed. 30s miss at 17 15s at 20 but clean otherwise some nice woods.
