Trainingsbemerkung


10.511km with 207m climb in 1:16:03. Caddihoe chace. Off 1.5 mins after Phil but no Mathew. Better course than yesterday. Got to see Phil coming out of 5 with him at 7 by taking. Safe path route. He was away again at 11 just not got the speed on the running legs. Surprised to be back with him at 16 on top of hill messed next one up a bit and he was back past and off on the simpler running.
