4.233km with 6m climb in 0:25:59. Bit of warm up and Sw sprint final. Like prologue hard nav from the start. Not getting beyond the current control. 1 ok worked out needed to go round for 2 stoped after a bit to check I was not missing anything for 3 then went in dead end early at end as minute man was coming out. Ok through rest of technical ones then just a case of trying to run as hard as possible for second half never felt very fast but enough to win.
