10.035km with 460m climb in 1:17:36. Jk m45 Wass. Late Starr which was good asvvitvwas tracking up. reasonable run did not feel too fast but ok 30 s loss on 11 as went up too early had mot seen earlier green bits on map. Conservative to 21 up path and in off good attacking at top. Worst was 23. Where I thought green would be rohdis but was not and got beyond and below lost 90 secs which was annoying.
