8.132km with 155m climb in 61.15. Wnl Ashton court. Mass start chafing Ben at start but no chance of hanging on and Megan ran by. Scrappy 10 and 19 had to come back from bend for 131. Big miss on 137 just a bit too low 3 or 4 mins lost no chance of clearing after this missed the tight group of 4 on middle hill. Ended up 5th just behind Megan and richard. Well back off mat ands Ben how both cleared Ben ny 7 mins.
