Trainingsbemerkung


9.416km with 204m climb in 0:59:15. Bit longer around golf course early on than normal as we have been putting in loops at the end. Split in ac as well quicker ones doing zig zag while others did normal took a lot of catching up and I only really did it by cutting corner. Some long grass at end was good practice.
