5.005km with 216m climb in 0:26:40. Crook peak cake race. Going surprisingly well considering how bad I have felt this month. Felt good out along Road. Steady start at back but soon passing people. Perfect conditions to go fast with a tail wind along the ridge. Not up to catching Richard at end but a lot closer than expected. Petes record got broken after 21 years ny 4 seconds.
