Trainingsbemerkung


120.634km with 1128m climb in 4:35:15. Severn Sunday ride just the new pro. Neil and Graham on a chilly dull day out east. No pushing on too hard up first climb just let Graham set the pace. Probably helped me feel I was l going better than the last time I was out but suffering with Graham by the end, Neil had to wait after any climb.
