Trainingsbemerkung


6.085km with 385m climb in 42:05. Skirid fell race. Struggling through the fields initially but not so bad on the hill proper. Just behind Richard at the top then the fun bit. Past a lot of people going down and kept on passing up real steep bit to the top. then more on the steep decent even though I was not really quick.. Just behind Paul e.teeing the fields andmanaged to get past then just pushed as best as I could for the finish. Pleased a good course for me.
