Trainingsbemerkung


10.211km with 53m climb in 59:51. Bok training. As I was in charge went for the Iorn Acton route in reverse. A bit muddy in places. Looped around the lane at end to get time and distance up. Alan Honey out with new trainers... Not so clean at end. Also a young student same age as Michael looking to join marines and do some O to back up his entry. A good runner and very enterprising. Hopefully he will get to Blasise in a couple of weeks.
