10.103km with 85m climb in 1:00:50. Bok training the Talbot. Rather damp and muddy. Nice along cycle path with tail wind. Some amusing trying to keep feet dry early on but after shin deep up a stream that stoped. 6 runner but 10 in the pub including John Sadd who pointed out that he knew everyone after 10 years not doing Tuesday's. Just Michael was a bit bigger!
