6.489km with 56m climb in 40:50. Bok training just Phil and me. Did a short run as I was still stiff from running Saturday and Sunday and Phil has the army event tomorrow. Tried a new bit at the start bit the path was a stream so cut out to road. Big loop of the various streets in Thornbury.
