5.015km with 201m climb in 0:25:34. crook peak cake race. Felt I ran well fairly hard feeling up first hill but fast walk allowed some recovery.before top. Push hard on initial descent and flat walk recovery again on climb got past Matt whipple at the top pushed hard from there especially final steep descent passing 3 or 4 at end. Max hr on finish. Pleased interesting to compare time to last few years.
