Trainingsbemerkung


2.833km with 65m climb in 0:18:39. Bit of warm-up then sprint prologue. All fairly easy but hill made running hard. Still not sure if the wall was browsable straight for 10. Never considered it at time but is marked differently straight line. Not sure I took the correct route for 14. 2 stupid errors on second to last and last control. 3 mins off fastest 4th vet man.
