Trainingsbemerkung


11.875km with 242m climb in 1:15:29. Bok training the windmill. Not sure what to expect after 10 days off but felt OK to start less stiff than expected. A bit slippery on coast path went up normal hill slowly Charles pushed up it well to the front. As no one slow out decided to do the longer loop over the open hill we used to do. Was nice but I started feeling it. Pushed on back to edge of town but stopped trying to push there and just jogged painfully back in.
