8.435km with 88m climb in 0:52:39. Bok training Frampton. Just 3 out again Tommi and newcomer Teresa. She had nothing to fear with regards to keeping up as we went along at a good pace considering how muddy and slippery it was for most of the way and the number of stiles. Added on a new extra bit which was good but did not do the road loop at end so a bit short but speed made up for that.
