Trainingsbemerkung


9.867km with 392m climb in 1:32:38. Walk to start then the middle race at Margam. Set off at middle effort and died towards end as it was a bit far. Good to start but very slippery. Set off from 4 as if at 5 but realised after about 30 seconds. Was too far left at 6 hit top path 60 secs lost. Too high at 9. Could of done with a straight finish from 12 as died with simple running stuff back over the hill.
