8.493km with 265m climb in 1:03:00. Wnl Churchill down. Windy!! Slow feeling but not too bad. 1, 3, 2, 12, 9, 16, 20, 24, 19, had to run along fence 50m to get to crossing for 23, managed to be too high for 22 bounced back off top of re-entrant loosing 2 mins. High route for long leg to 27 where at small tree not the big one on map 30s overtaken here by a quick youngster. 26, 25, 10, 11, 14, 15, running late but decided to keep going for 21 just not seeing 18 wo missed it. 17, 5,13 as time ran out 7 , 8 so 3.24 late. Not bad just stupid error at 22.
