Trainingsbemerkung


8.172km with 176m climb in 0:57:14. Bok training the windmill. Just me although Jenny turned up latter and did 30 mins. Felt OK along past lake with tail wind. Then up over the very top of the little hill which I have never done before. Once down by lock got very stiff hard work down by the big ditch which is new to me. Very slow up hill reduced to walking.
