19.633km with 297m climb in 1:01:37. Summer cross race. Started fairly slow but faster than last week. Behind quite a gagle on second lap but hard to pass just took it steady. Next lap pushed hard up climb and past 3 of them in one go. Recovered a bit and same thing for a couple of laps till some space around me. Just kept on pushing to end trying not to get laped twice by Matt which I managed.
Very good workout hr high all the way. Technique dismounting and remounting for steps terrible. Need some lessons from Jake.
New position based lap feature worked well.
