25.144km with 40m climb in 1:03:43. Cyclo cross oldbury court. Another fast course but a couple of more interesting bits than last week. Set out steady then 3 or 4 laps swapping with a guy. Finally got away by pushing on hard for half a lap after passing someone else. Hards work from here on in. Took longer to be lapped than last week so maybe I am getting quicker.
Knackered after helping take in the course.
