Trainingsbemerkung


10.385km with 126m climb in 1:02:42. Bok training just Richard and Phil. Along the cycle path and up through Leigh woods. Left hip bad on second half. Phil cut short as out with army tomorrow and went up a small path a bit beyond nightingail it was a bit steep looking. Back at the pub he was mot there. He eventually wandered in half way through food. Even with a Leigh woods map things are tricky without a compass in the dark....
