5.348km with 36m climb in 31:11. VHI relay. 2woman 1man category 2nd leg. 4 km in 23.53 so fast and was tiring on the hills. 3 mins off Clive and Quentin but a couple quicker than Gavin at least. Team ended up 5th behind 4 English. Just ram around paths to be safe. Did not do this at 6 which was bad as nasty nettles.
