10.595km with 60m climb in 59:41. Bok training Bradely stoke. Went and did the Aztec mile loop which I once did in 4.45 when fit. Only a minute slower at 5.45 which I was pleased with. Ahead of Mark Burley and Michael which I was not expecting Richard did not take up the challenge of the mass start. Probably went out a bit quick so hanging on at the end.
