Trainingsbemerkung


108.957km with 1631m climb in 5:16:54. Double arrow climbs of Wootton and Dursly a total of 9 of them plus old London road climb as I wanted to get in a mount ventoux worth of climb and was looking short. Just taking it steady initially as lots of climbs to do. Survived remarkably well only started suffering on the flats coming back. Most of the climbs being shady helped a lot along with the 8.30 start.
